Zoho mail to gmail
I'm confused about what I should be setting up. I just set up a domain name to use ZohoMail. Now I would like to add this to my current Gmail interface. I set up. Zoho CRM allows you to retrieve your emails from Gmail within your CRM account. All you need to do is configure the POP settings and select you Gmail.
Then make note of the IMAP configuration details. Next login to your free gmail account.
Then click the settings button in the upper right hand corner. For the username and password use your io login gate business email address, and the password that zoho mail to gmail use to login to Zoho.
Now go back to your Zoho email account, and click the confirmation link in the forwarding request email you should have just received.
You are now setup to send email from your business email address using gmail. Now we need to set things up so you can receive email that is sent to your business email address in gmail.
To do that click the settings button at the top of your zoho email account. This will send a confirmation email to your free gmail account to confirm that you are ok with zoho forwarding zoho mail to gmail business email to that address.
So head back to your free gmail zoho mail to gmail, find that zoho mail to gmail and click confirm. After clicking confirm you will click here asked for your zoho password in order to verify the forwarding.
Email that is sent to your business email address will now come zoho mail to gmail your gmail account automatically.
When you click reply, the email will automatically be sent from your business email address as well.
There are 2 ways that you can have new emails you are sending from your gmail account sent from your business email address.
The first way is to use the dropdown on a new email to select your business email address. The second way is to configure your gmail account so that it sends new emails from your zoho mail to gmail email address by default.
